broccoli kurma for chapathi

I have used one medium sized broccoli in this recipe and no other vegetables. If you are using potatoes, Dice them and add it along with the broccoli.

Broccoli is very good and known to be healthier than the cauliflower. It has more of all these than the cauliflower: protein, fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, and K.

It was insisted by doctor to my dad after a major surgery to take more of broccoli. It was the top in the list of vegetables to be taken often. Since then, in some or the other way, my perspective towards this green flower has grown high. I make broccoli salads, kurma, masal curry, broccoli stir fry and many other recipes at home. It is a ‘must include veggie’ at least every week.broccoli kurma for chapathi
