Ingredients

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tsp chilli powder
  • 2 Tsp Milk
  • Salt
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Beat the egg, milk, salt, chilli powder to a watery consistency.
  • Heat butter+oil in a non stick skillet, pour beaten egg and let it cook a little until u can insert wooden spatula underneath without stickiness
  • Roll the omelette from your end to other with the help of two wooden spatulas. Gently roll them till end.
  • Transfer it to serving bowl and slice them.

Notes

Add any finely chopped vegetable of your choice to the beaten egg.
