Mix Grated carrot / boiled carrot, half of fully ripe mashed banana and 3 tbsp wheat flour. Mix well until smooth and runny. Add salt and cumin seeds. Mix well.
Heat tawa, brush ghee and pour the batter to pancake shape and cook on both sides until done in simmer.

Add any vegetable of your choice!Adding too much banana will make the pancake sticky. So add only half banana if it is big sized.
