Egg Veggie Crepes
its a type of very thin pan cake usually made from wheat flour(wheat maida) with veggies and seasonings on top.

Instructions
In a bowl take wheat maida along with 1 egg,1 cup water and salt.Mix well using a whisker.(make sure there are no lumps).
Heat a non stick pan and pour 1 big scoop of above batter (spread it like pan cake).Wait for a minute and then cut one egg and pour on top of it.
Put some grated carrot,chopped capsicums,chopped tomatoes and sliced onions on top.
Finally add some tomato sauce(1 tsp),a pinch of pepper powder,a pinch of salt,grated cheese,1/4 tsp of mixed herbs and oregano
close it with a lid and allow it cook for 5 to 7 mins in low flame.our tasty Egg veggie crepes are ready:)
Notes
Make sure to prepare this recipe in a non stick pan slightly brushed with oil.
