Egg Veggie Crepes

its a type of very thin pan cake usually made from wheat flour(wheat maida) with veggies  and seasonings on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Wheat Maida
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Water

For Topping

  • 1/2 Carrot - Grated
  • 2 Capsicum - medium size,chopped
  • 2 Tomato - chopped
  • 2 Onion - medium size,thin sliced
  • 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cheese - Grated
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Oregano
  • Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl take wheat maida along with 1 egg,1 cup water and salt.Mix well using a whisker.(make sure there are no lumps).
  • Heat a non stick pan and pour 1 big scoop of above batter (spread it like pan cake).Wait for a minute and then cut one egg and pour on top of it.
  • Put some grated carrot,chopped capsicums,chopped tomatoes and sliced onions on top.
  • Finally add some tomato sauce(1 tsp),a pinch of pepper powder,a pinch of salt,grated cheese,1/4 tsp of mixed herbs and oregano
  • close it with a lid and allow it cook for 5 to 7 mins in low flame.our tasty Egg veggie crepes are ready:)

Notes

Make sure to prepare this recipe in a non stick pan slightly brushed with oil.
