Jackfruit seeds stir fry - Chakkakuru Mezhukupuratti - halasina beeja palya

- 1 cup jackfruit seeds
- 6-7 small shallots
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 3-4 no peppercorns
- 2 dry red chilli
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 spring curry leaves
- salt - to taste
Wash the seeds well and pressure cook with 2 cups of water for 4 whistles.Take out and peel the skin.
Take shallots, garlic, cumin seeds, peppercorns and red chilli in mixer and give it a pulse to get it mashed.
Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Drop in the pulsed mixture Saute for a couple of minutes and add the De-skinned jack fruit seeds and salt.
Mix well and let it cook for a couple of minutes until well combined and switch off.
