Soak Rajma and urad dal whole in water for 8 hours. Pressure cook with enough water to 5-6 whistles. It has to be mushy and well cooked
Heat oil in a pan, crackle cumin seeds
Saute ginger juveniles, chopped onion until onions are pink
Add green chilly, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder and mix well.
Pour in the cooked dal, add salt, close and cook for 5 minutes
Open and add garam masala, Kasuri methi and fresh cream. Switch off after 2 minutes
