Soak red chillies in warm water for 5 minutes. Grind together ginger, garlic and soaked red chilli.
mix it with cauliflower florets in a mixing bowl.
Add together, corn flour, rice flour, pepper powder, curd, salt, turmeric powder
Sprinkle little water and mix well.
Mix red food colour in a tbsp water and add to the mixture.
Mix well and keep it ready
Heat oil. (Check if oil is hot by putting a piece of cauliflower in hot oil. If it comes to top, oil is hot enough)
Put the pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Strain it in paper towel.
Serve with onion rings and with a dash of lemon juice sprinkled on top.
