- 1/2 cup rava
- 1/4 cup ghee - +1/2 tsp
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 10-12 no raisins
Heat ghee in a pan and roast the rava for a couple of minutes.
Grind together rava and sugar. I have taken 1/2 rava : 3/4 cup sugar.
Add cardamom powder to the ground mixture and mix well
Heat ghee and take it in a cup, take raisins as well
Now pour in ghee to the ground mixture little at a time and make a firm balls and place raisins on top when rolling.
Rava ladoo is ready in just few minutes.
