- 1/2 cup green gram
- 1/4 cup raw rice
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 cup coconut pieces
- 3/4 cup jaggery
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Dry roast green gram until aromatic and slightly changes colour, Take it in a bowl
Dry roast raw rice until it puff. Take it in the same bowl along with green gram
grind it to a coarse powder,
Heat ghee in a pan and roast coconut pieces until slightly brown
Melt jaggery in a pan. Add little water and mix until it melts and comes to a boil
Add the fried coconut, cardamom powder to the ground powder and mix well
Take a tbsp of the mixture to a plate or bowl and add jaggery to it. mix well and make firm balls out of it.
