heat oil in a pan, add a spring of curry leaves,garlic cloves,red chillies and fry for at least half a minute
now, add chopped tomatoes, salt and fry for 1 minute until tomatoes are slightly roasted.
Sprinkle little water , close and cook until the tomatoes are mushy and cooked completely.
open and fry until any excess water is gone.
transfer to a blender. further add grated coconut to the mixture
cool and grind it to a fine paste
Lastly, prepare seasoning: heat oil and crackle mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. add the seasoning to the chutney
