Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maida
  • 1/8 cup corn flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp amchur powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1.25 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/8 tsp garam masala
  • 10-15 medium chicken pieces

Instructions

  • Take maida, rice flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and amchur powder in a bowl. 
  • Add water and mix well until it is smooth
  • add the clean chicken pieces  and Mix well 
  • refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight
  • deep fry them in hot oil in medium flame
  • fry on all the sides until they turn golden brown. take out and strain in paper towel
