- 1/2 cup thick curd
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/8 tsp amchur powder
- 1/8 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Put in all the ingredients in a bowl and Mix well until smooth
add onions, capsicum and paneer into the batter.
Mix well and refrigerate for an hour minimum
put all the pieces on dosa tawa
turn sides and cook until brown
now, hold the pieces one by one and burn it directly on stove to get the flavour and taste. slightly burn
Insert into tooth pick or skewer and serve hot with mint chutney
