Ingredients

  • 6-7 medium sized ladies finger sliced vertically
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/8 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 cup besan flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and dry okra completely. Slice Okra vertically.
  • Mix together all the ingredients mentioned in the list
  • deep fry them in batches in hot oil until brown and crispy.
  • strain in paper towel and serve hot
