Peanut Sesame Ladoo also known as Ellu Urundai in tamilnadu is very easy, simple recipe with peanuts, sesame seeds and jaggery. Three ingredients only and this recipe can be made in less than 10 minutes.

Peanut Sesame Ladoo recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup jaggery

Instructions

  • Dry roast white sesame seeds in medium flame until it pops and the pop sound starts decreasing. Do not let it burn, keep sauteing
  • take it in a bowl
  • Add equal measure of peanuts
  • together, equal measure of jaggery and mix well
  • Coarsely grind this mixture and Make tiny and firm balls

  1. Dry roast white sesame seeds in medium flame
  2. until it pops and the pop sound starts decreasing.
  3. Do not let it burn, keep sauteing
  4. take it in a bowl
  5. Add equal measure of peanuts
  6. together, equal measure of jaggery and mix well
  7. Coarsely grind this mixture
  8. Oil from the sesame seeds, peanuts and the moisture from jaggery is enough to make the balls. If your not able to hold it to make balls/if the balls break, then add warm ghee little at a time and make balls.
  9. Make tiny and firm balls
  10. Healthy ladoo is ready in less than 10 minutes.
