Red Coconut Onion Chutney

Ingredients:
Grated coconut 1 cup
Red chilli 2 nos
Roasted gram 2 tsp
Shallots 2 to 3 nos
Salt to taste
Tempering:
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urud dhal 1 tsp
Curry leaves a spring

Method:
Grind all the above ingredients together with little water.
Heat oil splutter mustard seeds,curry leaves and urud dhal and add to the chutney. Tempering is optional.
