- 1.5 cup beans - chopped
- 1 cup carrot chopped
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 2-3 no red chilli - broken
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1 medium onion - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut grated
pressure cook beans and carrot with salt, turmeric powder and little water to 2-3 whistles.
meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilli broken.
further add chopped onions and salt for frying., fry till pink.
now add the cooked beans and carrots and fry till any water left is completely evaporated and it gets dried.
lastly add coconut grated and mix well.
