peel the sides of beans, wash thoroughly and boil it in water with salt until half cooked. take it out to a paper towel.
in a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala and salt to taste. add water little at a time to make a soft dough.
take out a ball portion from it and spread it to a thin disc.
cut vertical strips and gently remove the strip
take the cooked beans and roll the dough strip spirally as shown in the picture. seal the ends tight and get ready with all the beans the same way.
to the hot oil, drop the beans one by one and cook until crispy and brown. strain to a tissue paper.
serve hot with tomato sauce.
