Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium capsicum
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 large onion - finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup potato - cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup mawa/khoya
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • heat oil and pop in cumin seeds and add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. fry until brown. 
  • to the brown onions, add cooked and mashed potatoes and mawa chunks. mix well until well combined.
  • add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and garam masala. mix well.
  • wash and cut the top part of capsicum and remove the seeds from inside. watch the video to see how to de seed them. fill the stuffing inside the capsicum and seal the top part with the help of tooth pick.
