Ingredients

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp chana dal
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 cloves garlic - chopped
  • 1/8 cup onions - chopped finely
  • 1 no green chilli - slit
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder
  • 2 cups rice noodles/sevai - cooked

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds. add urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds to it. 
  • Also add chopped garlic, chopped onions, green chilli slit, curry leaves and salt to taste. 
  • Fry for a minute or until onions are slightly brown. 
  • Further add pepper powder and give it a good mix. 
  • lastly add the cooked sevai and mix well.
