100gmRice palada - double horse used in this recipe
1 1/2litreMilk
200gmsSugar
1/4cupmilkmaid
1/2tsppowdered cardamom
Instructions
Boil milk in heavy bottomed/thick vessel, preferably cooker.
Once it starts boiling, Add sugar and rice palada.
Stir in between and let it cook for about 30-40 min until you have got the required consistency. Add powdered cardamom, milkmaid, mix well and serve hot!
Notes
Pradhaman tends to get thick when it cools down. So, Add warm milk and mix well before serving.
