soak the cow peas overnight and drain the water completely. add it to cooker and pressure cook with enough water to 3-4 whistles. keep it ready.
meanwhile, cook the pumpkins with salt, green chillies, thin coconut milk until the vegetables are cooked.
once cooked, out the flame to low and add thick coconut milk, cooked cowpeas, adjust salt.
add curry leaves and coconut oil, mix well and switch off.
