Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 4 tbsp Chicken powder
  • 2 Big Onions - Sliced
  • 2 medium green chillies - slit vertically
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Splutter the mustard seeds, add in curry leaves, green chilies and sliced onions. Saute until onions turn brown.
  • Put in the cooked chicken and 2 tbsp thanni kulambu podi and fry until the chicken is slightly roasted and fresh smell of powder goes off. Adjust salt if necessary.
