- 1 kg mutton
- 1/2 kg shallots
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp coriander powder
- 3 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp pepper powder
Heat 3-4 tsp oil, add chopped shallots, ginger garlic paste and fry until shallots turns pink.
Meanwhile cook mutton to 5- 6 whistles with salt,turmeric powder & coriander powder
Now add this cooked mutton to the fried onions and put in chilli powder and salt.
Once the mixture oozes out oil and mutton is cooked, add pepper powder to it and let it cook in simmer until it becomes thick.
