  • 1/4 cup shallots
  • 3-4 dry red chillies
  • 1/2 medium tomato
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  • grind together shallots, tomato and red chillies to a fine paste
  • add salt and drizzle coconut oil. 
  • mix well and serve with dosa.
