Ingredients

  • 10-12 no small onions
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  • add small onions,red chilli powder,salt and boiled rice and grind to a fine paste
  • Now in a kadai, add little oil and deep fry this ground paste until it turns brown
