- 10-12 no small onions
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1 cup cooked rice
add small onions,red chilli powder,salt and boiled rice and grind to a fine paste
Now in a kadai, add little oil and deep fry this ground paste until it turns brown
