- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 no onions - crushed
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 no green chilli - chopped
- 2 no tomatoes - chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- 200 gms mushrooms
- chopped corinader leaves
Heat a pan add oil and fry the crushed onions until brown
Add ginger garlic paste and green chili and fry until the raw smell leaves
Add tomatoes and salt to taste and fry until tomatoes are mushy. Close cook if required.
Add all the spice powders and mix it together saute for a minute
Put in the prepared mushrooms and cook until it leaves out the moisture close cook for 10 minutes until everything blends in together
Cook in simmer until oil leaves out the masala.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves to garnish and serve it hot with roti or rice.
