- 2 Cups Cauliflower florets
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 Medium sized Onion - Finely chopped
- 2 Large Garlic cloves - Crushed
- 1 Spring Curry leaves
- 1/4 Cup Peas
- 3/4 Tsp Chilli powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garam masala
Cook cauliflower in boiling water with turmeric powder for 5 to 10 min until half done.
Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds and fennel seeds.
Saute chopped onions, curry leaves and crushed garlic
Add cauliflower and peas
Put in turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
Add water, close and cook until peas and cauliflower is cooked.Open and let it dry.
