Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and 1tsp sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 min until it bubbles.
Take Wheat Flour, All purpose flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a pit and pour in oil, activated yeast and remaining warm water.
Mix well and initially the dough will be sticky. Work the dough until it gets elastic and smooth.
Apply oil all over and set it in a greased bowl -covered for an hour until it doubles.
Punch down the dough and transfer to a dusted work place. Cut slit the dough to how much pizzas you want. This recipe yields 4 Mini Pizzas/2 small.
Gently tap the dough to shape it and cut it with a knife to heart shape if needed. let it sit covered for 30 min before you bake.
Preheat oven to 200 deg c. Pinch the sides to make it slightly raised. Prick with fork all over the pizza.
If you are not going to top it immediately, then bake it at 200 deg c for 5 min until slightly baked.
For Veg curry Pizza, Spread Veg Curry Base first followed by tomato puree, sauteed veggies (Onion, Bell peppers, Mushroom) on top and finally with a load of grated mozzarella cheese, Mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
Bake at 200 deg C for 15-20 min until cheese gets melted. Gobble hot!
