Ingredients

  • 1 Large Jackfruit Fully ripe
  • 4 cups jaggery
  • 2-3 cups ghee

Instructions

  • Peel the fully ripe jackfruit. Seeds not required just the Avris(Chola). Pressure cook it with very little water to 3-4 whistles.
  • Cool and Grind it to a paste
  • Add jaggery and mix well
  • Add ghee little at a time and stir
  • Heat it up in simmer while stirring in between (Add ghee each time we stir it.
  • Colour starts changing and it gets thickened.
  • When you reach the consistency required, stop it.
  • Cool and transfer to a Air tight container and store it in refrigerator.
