Heat oil in a cooker, Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds and cinnamon
Put in chopped onions, curry leaves and garlic
Add grated coconut and mix well. Roast for a minute on medium flame
When slightly brown, add chopped tomatoes. Sauté until mushy.
Pinch of turmeric powder and salt goes in.
Drop in Cleaned and Finely chopped banana flowers.
Mix well and add moong dal.
Mix again and add water for the vegetable to get cooked.
Next, add the Sambar powder according to your spice level. Mix well.
Close and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
Open. Mash it slightly and serve Hot!
