Clean and finely chop the agathi flowers.
Heat a pan, add oil
crackle mustard seeds and add urad dal and chana dal
when it changes colour, add finely chopped onions. fry until pink.
Now, add chopped flowers, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, water and moong dal. Keep it open and let it cook in simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the flowers are cooked well.
Switch off and add grated coconut. Mix well.
