- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp urad dal split
- 1/4 tsp chana dal
- 2 spring curry leaves
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
- 3 no green chilli
- 2 large onions - finely chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 200 gms sevai - 1 packet fresh instant sevai
Firstly, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, Crackle mustard seeds,urad dal split, chana dal.
add Curry leaves, cashew nuts , green chillies, chopped onions to this. Fry for two minutes on medium flame
Add salt and turmeric powder and Give a good mix
Finally add lemon juice and mix well until evenly combined.
serve hot with coconut and red chilli chutney
