- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1 long green chilli
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 1/2 inch ginger
- salt to taste
seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp urad dal split
- 1 spring curry leaves
take all the ingredients in a blender.
with very little water, grind it to a smooth paste
for seasoning: heat oil, crackle mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. add it to the chutney.
