soak the grated potatoes in water with salt for 10 minutes. after 10 minutes squeeze and fry in hot oil until crisp.
take a bowl full of water and immerse a strainer in it. add 1 cup poha in it and wash it well with hands until soft. strain and keep it aside.
heat oil, pop in mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, peanuts and fry till slightly brown
add chopped onions, red chilli, green chilli, curry leaves, carrots, capsicum, cabbages and fry till it is cooked but crunchy.
add salt and fry till cooked. now add chopped coriander leaves, prepared poha, turmeric powder, salt to taste, fried potatoes and mix well.
serve with lemon, fried potatoes and chopped coriander leaves.
