marinate paneer with curd, chilli powder and pepper powder
prepare the batter with gram flour, corn flour, maida, chilli powder, salt, garam masala, pepper powder, mixed herbs and ginger garlic paste.
mix well and water little at a time to make thick sticky batter.
take another mixing bowl and add bread crumbs, red chilli powder, mixed herbs and mix well.
take the paneer out of the curd and drop it in the batter.
next, take paneer out of the batter and drop it in the bread crumbs one at a time. roll it until well coated on all sides.
prepare all the paneer and freeze for 15 minutes.
take out the paneer and deep fry in hot oil until crisp and reddish
serve hot with tomato sauce and mayo.
