Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic - chopped
  • 4-5 nos small onions
  • 1.5 tbsp spring onion - chopped
  • 1 no carrot - grated
  • 1/4 cup cabbage - sliced
  • 5-6 no mushrooms - sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions

  • heat oil and fry garlic and onion. 
  • add chopped spring onions, grated carrots, cabbages, mushrooms and fry for a minute. 
  • further add water, salt, pepper powder, soya sauce and mix well. close and cook for 8-10 on high. 
  • open and add corn slurry and vinegar. for corn slurry mix corn flour with little water to make thin paste . 
  • let it boil again for 5 minutes. serve hot.
