heat oil in a pan and fry onions, ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste until it is transparent.
add curry leaves, paneer cubes, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt and corn flour to the pan. mix gently without breaking the paneer.
here on, put the stove to medium heat and keep tossing for every two minutes. until the paneer is almost roasted on all sides.
add soya sauce, lemon juice and toss it once again and roast for 1-2 minutes.
lastly sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. mix well and serve hot.
