Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 large onion - finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 200 gms paneer - cubed
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice

Instructions

  • heat oil in a pan and fry onions, ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste until it is transparent.
  • add curry leaves, paneer cubes, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt and corn flour to the pan. mix gently without breaking the paneer.
  • here on, put the stove to medium heat and keep tossing for every two minutes. until the paneer is almost roasted on all sides.
  • add soya sauce, lemon juice and toss it once again and roast for 1-2 minutes.
  • lastly sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. mix well and serve hot.
