- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp ghee
- 1/4 cup lotus seeds
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
heat oil + ghee in a pan and roast phool makhana or lotus seeds until crisp and crunchy. check by pressing a piece and it should be easily breakable.
add turmeric powder, salt and switch off. mix well.
