Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chana dal
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 1/4 cup chopped beans
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • heat oil in a pan and pop in mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal. add chopped and washed beans. add salt and turmeric powder. Add enough water. close and cook until the beans is done.
  • open and check if the beans is soft. let it dry by stirring. pack it or serve it.
