- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 1/2 tsp chana dal
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 2 nos red chilli
- 1/8 cup onions - chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 cups rice noodles/sevai - cooked
- 1 tsp lemon juice
heat oil in a pan and pop in mustard seeds. add urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves and red chilli to the pan.
also add chopped onions, salt to taste and fry until slightly brown.
further add turmeric powder and give it a good mix.
lastly, add cooked rice sevai, lemon juice and mix well to blend the spices with the noodles all over.
serve hot with coconut chutney.
