- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 1/2 tsp chana dal
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 cloves garlic - chopped
- 1/8 cup onions - chopped finely
- 1 no green chilli - slit
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp pepper powder
- 2 cups rice noodles/sevai - cooked
Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds. add urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds to it.
Also add chopped garlic, chopped onions, green chilli slit, curry leaves and salt to taste.
Fry for a minute or until onions are slightly brown.
Further add pepper powder and give it a good mix.
lastly add the cooked sevai and mix well.
