Ingredients

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp chana dal
  • a few cashews
  • a few peanuts
  • 2 cups cooked sevai/rice noodles
  • 1/8 cup grated coconut
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • heat oil in a pan and pop in mustard seeds along with urad dal, chana dal, cashews, peanuts. 
  • fry for a minute. 
  • lastly add salt, cooked sevai and grated coconut. 
  • mix well until well combines. 
  • serve hot !
