Sweet Idiyappam Recipe with jaggery and coconut
Sweet sevai | vella idiyappam, recipe
Servings: 2 servings
- 1/8 cup jaggery
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 2 cups cooked sevai
Cook the sevai/idiyappam beforehand and keep it ready.
Melt the jaggery with few drops of water.
Add cardamom powder, mix well and let it boil until thick.
Further, add grated coconut and mix well. Put off the flame.
Lastly, add the cooked sevai and mix well.
serve fresh !
