Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup jaggery
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 2 cups cooked sevai

Instructions

  • Cook the sevai/idiyappam beforehand and keep it ready. 
  • Melt the jaggery with few drops of water. 
  • Add cardamom powder, mix well and let it boil until thick. 
  • Further, add grated coconut and mix well. Put off the flame. 
  • Lastly, add the cooked sevai and mix well. 
  • serve fresh !
