Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 medium onion - chopped
  • 1/2 no tomato - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 no green chilli - chopped
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch coriander powder
  • 1 pinch chilli powder
  • 1 pinch cumin powder
  • 1 pinch pepper powder
  • 1 pinch garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 large eggs - boiled
  • few coriander leaves

Instructions

  • heat oil and fry onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilli until brown. 
  • Add tomatoes and fry until mushy. 
  • further, Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt to taste. 
  • Grate the boiled eggs to the pan and mix gently without mashing. 
  • finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
