- 1 tsp oil
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 1/2 no tomato - chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 no green chilli - chopped
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 1 pinch coriander powder
- 1 pinch chilli powder
- 1 pinch cumin powder
- 1 pinch pepper powder
- 1 pinch garam masala
- salt to taste
- 2 large eggs - boiled
- few coriander leaves
heat oil and fry onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilli until brown.
Add tomatoes and fry until mushy.
further, Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt to taste.
Grate the boiled eggs to the pan and mix gently without mashing.
finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
