carrot stir fry recipe kerala style

- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 5-6 no small onions - crushed
- 2 no red chillies - broken
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 2 cups carrots - chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
heat oil in a kadai and crackle mustard seeds.
stir in crushed onions, red chillies, curry leaves until onions are soft.
further add chopped carrots, salt, turmeric powder and stir for a minute.
add little water and close cook until it turns soft.
open, stir once and serve hot.
