Ingredients

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 5-6 no small onions - crushed
  • 2 no red chillies - broken
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 2 cups carrots - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  • heat oil in a kadai and crackle mustard seeds.
  • stir in crushed onions, red chillies, curry leaves until onions are soft.
  • further add chopped carrots, salt, turmeric powder and stir for a minute.
  • add little water and close cook until it turns soft.
  • open, stir once and serve hot.
