marinate prawns with turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt and ginger garlic paste for 30 min or more.
Heat 2 tsp oil, put in the marinated prawns and a spring of curry leaves. Close and cook for 10 min. sprinkle little water and cook if necessary. leave it open for another 5 to 10 min until slightly roasted.
Notes
cooking prawns for longer time will make it rubbery. it will get cooked easily. so maximum of 20-30 min is more than sufficient for it to get cooked.
