Instructions
Clean the chicken and Cook it with salt, turmeric and 1 tsp pepper powder. Add very little water. Cook to 4 to 5 whistles.
Heat ghee in a kadai, add sliced onions, 1/2 tsp pepper powder and saute until it turns brown.
Add slit green chilies, curry leaves and saute for a min in medium flame.
Now add the cooked chicken and add additional 1 tsp/remaining pepper powder if you like it to be spicy. Fry it until it gets roasted.
Notes
Ground the pepper powder fresh to get the strong aroma of it!Add ginger garlic paste after onions are fried. But it is optional. You an add it for an additional flavor.
