- 2 cups jackfruit - 2 cups semi ripe/raw
- Salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- coconut oil - for deep frying
Peel the jack fruit cholas or the edible part of it. Remove the seed and cut them into two halves vertically or even more slits if it is more thick.
Marinate with Turmeric powder for 10-15 Mins before frying.
Deep fry them in hot oil and sprinkle salt over them.
