Ingredients

  • 2 cups jackfruit - 2 cups semi ripe/raw
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • coconut oil - for deep frying

Instructions

  • Peel the jack fruit cholas or the edible part of it. Remove the seed and cut them into two halves vertically or even more slits if it is more thick.
  • Marinate with Turmeric powder for 10-15 Mins before frying.
  • Deep fry them in hot oil and sprinkle salt over them.
