Marinate chicken with turmeric powder, pepper powder, corriander powder, ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and little oil. Mix well and set it aside covered for 30 min.
Heat oil, saute onions, green chillies and curry leaves with a pinch of salt until onions start turning brown
Now add marinated chicken and mix well. close and cook until chicken is cooked. Do not add water as chicken tends to leave out water. Add only if necessary. stir inbetween and check water.
Once chicken is cooked, open and let it cook until it is dry and roasted.
Notes
Take 2-3 tbsp peppercorns and grind them to coarse powder just before you cook to get the awesome flavor and taste.
