Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw rice
  • 1/4 cup urad dal
  • 1 tbsp peppercorns
  • 1/8 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup turmeric - sliced
  • rock salt to taste

Instructions

  • wash and soak the rice and urad dal for 3 hours
  • drain the water, add peppercorns, turmeric, salt, and coconut.
  • grind finely and rest for an hour.

  • heat tawa and pour a ladleful and spread to a dosa.
  • spread the spicy chutney all over.
  • cook in medium heat until roasted. serve fresh .
